I am hoping that pediatric surgeon who come across similar phenomenon to let know as I am updating my experience with type 2 Gphary's phenomenon
The number that presents with intussusception caused by fecal impaction in the increase and at least I see it once every month. Type 2 is the case present with genuine ileocaecal intussusception bot with associated constipation and they are more difficult to manage with fleet enema alone. Most of the time there require gastrografin enem to dissolve the hard stool.
