Feminizing Genitoplasty in two different girls with CAH; 2 & 5 years old respectively before/intra/after images. Vaginoplasty has been postpond till near puberty , as in our experience the younger age group don’t do very well ... For discussion: What age in your experience is best for vaginoplasty ?.

Usually all genital surgeries are advised to be done by 2nd year of life to relief the child of the traumatic experiences. Yes, that's what I'd recommend too.

what about vaginal dilatation post op ? do you keep them post vaginoplasty on regular dialatations ?

Very well done .
there is vontroversies about vaginoplasty. In expert hands vaginoplasty cam be done primarily with genitoplasty. However some of those cases will require revesion neer puberty which make most surgeons preference to postpone vaginoplasty to later date. I personally do the procedure primarily in low cases followed by vaginal dilation after 3 months and postpone the intermediate and high to 3 years of life.
