He had slow growing congenital masses in upper thorasic area

What about the consistency of these masses?
any imaging done? u/s, MRI ?

Mass was soft, immobile , non tender
thorasic ct scan with iv contrast was done.
there was a mass that spread subcutaneously with out extension in the thorax and muscles. It extended to axillary spaces and around neurovascular bundle bilaterally.

It is cystic or solid

the common in this area is cystic hygroma

It’s a soft solid mass. In ct scan had not any cystic component
