Recently we have done a case in which 7 ,8 years old boy ingusted two magnets which led to their obstruction at DJ level. The gut between two magnets was sloughed off leading it to perforation I will share pictures also. it was a difficult case and late presentation with biliary peritonitis.we did primary repair and applied grahms patch omentopexy. Patient got admitted in intensive care unit and discharged.
