    quiz an incidental finding!

    A 12-year girl is seen in the emergency department after a sledding accident. She is asymptomatic and her abdomen is not tender but an epigastric mass is appreciated. A computerized tomography scan is obtained and the findings lead to a magnetic resonance scan.
