a_clinical_pearl CBCLIPS Episode 7

A 14-yr old girl presents with 3 days of lower abd and pelvic pain. No travel or contacts.Normal vital signs.Soft abdomen on exam. Normal CBC. US shows a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst and a large upper abdominal cyst confirmed by CT Scan. What is your approach?
