Fetal US identifies a 1.2 cm pelvic cyst in a female fetus at 21 weeks gestation. It remains stable for the remainder of the pregnancy and is still present on postnatal US at 7 weeks of age, measuring 1.8 cm. Baby is asymptomatic. US images are shown below. What do you recommend?
