    correct answer
A Screening sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy should be performed between the ages of 15-25 years.

Patients with FAP should undergo surveillance colonoscopies every 1-2 years. Even after surgery, there is still an increased risk of rectal cancer at the rectal cuff, mandating lifelong endoscopic surveillance. Additionally, upper endoscopic surveillance is required due to the increased rate of gastric, duodenal, and ampullary adenomas and cancers.
