Why is there no importance to open approach especially in neonates. I would like to request moderators to include open approach videos as well.

Thank you for your comment, open approach will follow. But keep in mind that current era is of laparoscopy. so you should try to learn and practice laparoscopy more than open if possible. Same principles and steps of laparoscopy apply to open (except incision of course, which is right upper transverse in most cases!)
