          2,5 year old boy presented with symptoms of peritonitis (February 2020). On Abd Xray - free air. Laparotomy revealed duodenal perforation in the bulbus. Duodenoraphy was done. After 3 day melena and hematomesis. Conservative management. After 3 days second episode of melena and hematomesis. Gastroduodenoscopy - active bleeding ulcer in the duodenal bulbus. Endoscopic attempts of coagulation failed and Pt was operated on urgently. Duodenotomy. Bleedeng ulcer in the second part of the duodenum just distal to bulbus. Suturing of the ulcer failed because after coagulation tissues very fragile. Bilrot 2 gastirc resection + jejujojunostomy done. Uneventful recovery. after 9 mo - Pt is well without any complain.
