Why you used colonic interposition? Why not transmediastinal rout? Do you perform any maneuver for gastrocolonic reflux prevention? Do you perform pyloroplasty and\or gastrostomy? Thanks you for post.
P.S. I prefer same procedure - Isoperistaltic retrosternal left colonic transplat + Pyloroplasty + gastrostomy.
Thank you for your interest. I don't do pyloroplasty. I put cologastric anastomosis on post gastric wall near greater curvature to minimize reflux. Long term I gave no problems with reflux. Retrosternal colon gives me good results on the long term.
