What is your technique for circumcision if the penis is buried ?

if it is a simple peno-scrotal web, I do excision of small rhomboid at peno-scrotal junction and longitudinal suturing
if is a complete buried penis, as prof Fahmy said, better to avoid circumcision and perform later penile skin reconstruction using prepuce after adulthood if needed

this is the technique of small rhomboid excision at peno-scrotal junction and longitudinal suturing in mild to moderate web (take care to excise less than 1 mm of penile skin, and more on scrotal skin)
