    Case discussion
1.8 years old case of DSD. Raised as a female and later chromosomal study revealed male pattern 46 xy. Perineal hypospadias, bifid scrotum, bilateral undescended testes. Recent us revealed a rudementary uterus.
Lap exploration revealed midline rudementary uterus only. No fallopian tubes and no ovaries. Both vas deferens are normally oriented coming from internal rings and going back the urinary bladder to the ? Prostate.
Inguinal canal exploration revealed bilateral undescended testes and orchidopexy was done.
    What else to be done.

I am not sure if the rudementary uterus represent persistent Mullein duct syndrome. I which case bringing the testis to normal scrotal position followed by repair of hupospadias at later age when the size of the penis is good enough of apply topical testosterone before surgery to increase the size. Do you have laparoscopic images from the procedure. Please share it with us.
    thanks for the sharing

Yes very good point. It's important to know about hormonal situation (PAIS?CAIS?). Maybe some interesting point of view could rise from endocrinologists in such rare cases.
