Patient refered to hospital at the age of 3 days. There was left anterior perineal hernia without incarceration and she sent to home for 3 month. After 3 month she was hospitalized for elective surgery. During 3 mo the hernia (or hernial ring) was in the same size. İ tried repair this hernia laparoscopically. But This attempt failed due to very deep and very close to rectum localisation of the hernia. Procedure was converted to open. After hernial content reduction and mobilization of the sac as high as possible I ligate neck of sac like in inguinal hernia. Then hernial ring was closed by suturing the muscles. Unfortunately after 3 mo postoperative period there was recurrence. I advised reoperation. But Patient is still not reoperated. She is 3 year old now
