    Follow up then we will need CT Scan and MRI at 6 months to delinate anatomy in relation to facial nerve. If still present as pleomorphic adenoma it will need excision.

      MRI after the 1st month to confirm diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma and exclude malignancy.
