      May be retention cyst or mucocele, make sure about submandibular wharton duct not obstructed

        Sublingual rannula, post traumatic obstruction of submandibular gland duct, management varies between watchful waiting, marsupulization, aspiration & drainage & antibiotics in case of infection.
