    You are asked to evaluate a 5 year-old boy in clinic who underwent a posterior sagittal anorectoplasty (PSARP) for a perineal fistula as an infant. The sacral ratio was 0.75 at birth. He experiences fecal soiling multiple times per day. On physical examination, he has a well-healed PSARP with no evidence of stricture or prolapse. Abdominal x-ray shows moderate fecal loading. You recommend the following treatment plan:

    A Polyethylene glycol (Miralax)

    B Senna

    C Transrectal enemas

    D Antegrade enemas

    E Exam under anesthesia with sphincter mapping​
